CARE - Communications Trainer (MOA Pasay) | Onsite

Work Setup: - Onsite (MOA Pasay) - Onsite (Alabang) - Onsite (Cebu) Educational Attainment: - At least 2 years in college (No back subjects). Qualification: - Minimum 2 years of overall BPO experience and at least 1 year of experience as an SME, QA, or Trainer. Responsibilities: - Craft and execute annual business strategies for the CARE Team that align with the overarching goals of the unit. - Lead the design, development, and rollout of a robust CARE Team framework and associated processes and tools that proactively meet the language, cultural, industry, and transaction management needs of Operations. - Effectively convey the mission and activities of the CARE Team to both Clients and Operations/Support Groups.
