IT Support Technician

The role combines troubleshooting, hardware and device management, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver effective support within a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment. Main Responsibilities - Provide on-site IT support for end users, helping to resolve incidents, support workplace technology, and maintain a positive user experience. - Provide L1-L2 end-user support. - Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. - Manage hardware and end-user devices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents. - Deliver support through effective communication and customer service. - Experience providing end-user IT support. - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - On-site - Location: Baltar, Porto
