Responsibilities - Deliver excellent support to Dutch-speaking customers through various remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications. - Provide clear guidance and walk customers through troubleshooting processes efficiently. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases and record all interactions accurately in the support management system. - Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly. - Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and to assess satisfaction with the service received. - Stay updated on product offerings and industry best practices to enhance your support capabilities.
