This role is targeted at individuals who have a strong background in customer service and an interest in the life sciences, providing an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative sector. Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the biotechnology sector via phone, email, and chat. - Assist customers with inquiries related to biotechnological products, services, and technical support. - Provide product information, facilitate orders, and handle returns and exchanges professionally. - Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry standards. - Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with sales and research teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate information. Requirements - Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Familiarity with biotechnology products is a plus. - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
