Refunds and cancellation

Cancel in Plan and payment: access ends immediately. The unused time of the latest paid period is refunded to the original card, rounded down to cents and capped at the amount paid.

The refund amount is shown before confirmation. The same rule applies to employer subscriptions (organization owners cancel in the company plan page). No refund is due for a trial or a period with no unused time. Stripe processes the refund; bank processing times vary. If a refund fails, contact privacy@jobrona.com without card details.
