Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communication. - Handle customer inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues. - Effectively resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. - Work collaboratively with other departments to improve service delivery. - Stay informed about the latest gaming products and industry developments. Requirements - Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus. - Prior customer service experience, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous. - Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace new cultural experiences.
