Work Location: 100% Onsite (Novaliches, Quezon City) Work Schedule: Shifting Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree - Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist - This role will supervise the Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray Tech - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. - Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care. - Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery. - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
