Job Description A well-established family medicine practice is seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join its team. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care while working alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team. Position Overview - Full-time, employed position - Outpatient-only practice - Team includes 2 Physicians and 12 support staff members - Responsibilities include: - Performing physical examinations and diagnostic testing - Obtaining and documenting medical histories - Educating patients on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans - Prescribing and managing medications as appropriate Schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM - Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Requirements Qualifications - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (required) - Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians - Eligible for Indiana medical licensure - Must maintain BLS and ACLS certifications Benefits - Competitive base salary - Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) - Comprehensive benefits package, including: - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance - 403(b) retirement plan with employer match - Medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage - Annual CME allowance - Additional lifestyle/perks benefits
