We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freelance Recruiter.The Recruiter will represent our company while working directly with the client’s stakeholders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring alignment with hiring goals, KPIs, and business priorities. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles - Partner directly with client hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning - Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach - Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders - Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations - Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment data integrity - Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, etc.) - Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the client’s employer brand - Operate autonomously while maintaining strong communication and transparency with both the client and internal leadership Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) - Experience working in a client-facing or embedded recruitment model is a plus - Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities - Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple roles and meet performance KPIs - Strong analytical and reporting skills Originally posted on Himalayas
