Collection Accountant Officer

Job Summary: Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment. Duties include receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account; preparing statements to credit department if the customer fails to respond; initiating repossession proceedings or service disconnection and keeping records of collection and status of accounts. Education: Bachelor (Preferable to have a bachelor of commerce). English: Very Good English Experience: 2-3 years in the collection field or a similar position. The job includes some customer visits when needed with 25% Travel inside Egypt. - Solid Communications Skills - Active Listening. - Attention to details. - Follow up skills.
