Responsibilities - Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients in the construction industry through phone, email, and chat. - Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and project details. - Provide support with order processing, delivery schedules, and product availability. - Manage customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction materials, tools, and services offered. - Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to inform clients about ongoing projects and updates. - Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to reporting and analytics for service improvement. Requirements - Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or industrial sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. - Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
