Auto apply to jobs, with answers from your real CV
Jobrona applies to jobs for you. It reads your CV into facts, finds live jobs that fit, fills each employer's form from those facts, sends it and keeps the exact copy.
Free sends up to 200 applications a day with every feature on. Pro sends up to 1,000 a day.
Updated 26 October 2026.
What counts toward the daily limit
An application counts when it is sent and confirmed by a success screen or an email. Failed attempts, applications waiting for your answer and jobs you apply to yourself do not count.
When you reach the limit, applications wait until the next day and then continue. You can set a lower limit in Settings and pause at any time.
How often Jobrona applies to the same company
The same company gets at most two applications in 30 days, and only one of them for the same kind of role. After a rejection, Jobrona does not apply again to that company for the same kind of role for 180 days. It never applies twice to the same job.
Where the forms are
Jobrona fills application forms on Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable, Teamtailor, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters, Personio, BambooHR and by email. Lever and LinkedIn work through the optional browser extension, with their own limits.
What we do
1.Read your CV into facts
Positions, results, skills, education and languages. Facts from your own documents are used at once, and you can edit any of them.
2.Find live jobs
From public job boards of companies and aggregators, checked every day. Closed postings, duplicates and fake jobs are filtered out.
3.Match with reasons
Your role, level, country, right to work and salary are hard filters. Each match shows why it fits.
4.Write from your facts
Resumes and answers are written only from your facts and checked sentence by sentence before they are sent.
5.Apply and keep the copy
We fill the form, send it and keep the exact copy: resume version, answers, cover letter and confirmation.
6.Read the replies
Applications use an email address on our domain, so codes are entered in seconds and replies from people reach you at once.
What only you do
- Sign in and upload your CV, once.
- Check a few critical facts on one screen.
- Answer a question that no fact covers, in one tap.
- Pass an account check yourself when one appears.
What we never do
- We never invent experience. Every sentence comes from a fact you gave us.
- We never apply twice to the same job.
- We never sell your data.
