THE ROLE As a Senior Collections Analyst at Everpure™, you will safeguard our cash flow and strengthen key customer partnerships across a complex global commercial portfolio. This role bridges strategic credit-to-cash execution and ERP operational excellence, serving as the dedicated subject matter expert for systems-driven collections workflows. Collaborating closely with Sales, Billing, Credit, and Legal leadership, you will resolve high-impact balance disputes, balance revenue velocity with prudent financial risk, and champion process enhancements that scale our accounts receivable operations worldwide. WHAT YOU'LL DO Direct collections strategy and cash acceleration across a high-value global commercial portfolio, securing payment commitments and minimizing past-due exposure while preserving positive partner relationships. Serve as the functional ERP subject matter expert for Accounts Receivable, partnering with IT and finance operations to optimize dunning workflows, audit tracking, and system efficiency. Advise sales leadership and credit management on order hold and release determinations, balancing urgent commercial transactions against balance risk and customer payment reliability. Resolve intricate cross-functional billing disputes and credit memos in partnership with Sales, Customer Experience, Revenue, and Legal to ensure rapid, compliant reconciliation. Lead international receivables operations, navigating global withholding tax compliance, complex regional payment structures, and bad debt reserve escalations. WHAT YOU BRING Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end commercial collections, dunning strategies, and dispute resolution for large enterprise accounts. Advanced hands-on proficiency in SAP (or equivalent enterprise ERP systems) with a track record of navigating complex financial workflows, managing account aging, and supporting order-to-cash operations. Proven ability to analyze financial risk, interpret aging trends, and negotiate solutions directly with commercial partners and internal executives across Sales, Legal, and Finance. Deep knowledge of multi-country billing compliance, international payment cycles, and withholding tax reconciliations. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, Utah office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
