Billing Administrator

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Billing Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning accurate invoicing and billing for a UK business. Role overview You will make sure customers are billed correctly and on time. You will prepare invoices, resolve billing queries and keep records clean for the finance team. Key responsibilities - Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes - Check billing data against contracts and orders - Resolve billing queries with customers - Reconcile billing records with the finance team - Keep billing reports accurate for month-end What you'll need - Experience in billing, invoicing or accounts administration - Experience with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks - Strong numeracy and attention to detail - Clear written English for customer queries - A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection Nice to have - Experience with recurring or subscription billing - Familiarity with UK VAT invoicing - Experience with Excel reporting What's on offer This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
