Sales & Account Manager

Guru Pay is a Lithuania-based EMI delivering a personalized, boutique payment experience to B2B, B2C, and C2B clients. We’re a small but ambitious team focused on high-quality service and long-term client success. About the role We’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager to own and grow our existing client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client retention. What you’ll do: - Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers - Drive revenue growth - Run regular client check-ins and QBRs - Identify client needs and tailor solutions - Collaborate with Sales, Product, AML & Compliance and other teams - Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance tracking - Spot risks early and turn opportunities into growth What we’re looking for: - Experience in Account Management - Background in iGaming, Fintech, or Affiliate industries - Fluent English (C1+) - Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills - Excellent communication & negotiation abilities - Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset Nice to have: - Enterprise client experience - Payments / fintech product knowledge - Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Russian) What we offer: - Gross salary starting from 2975 EUR + performance-based bonus - 2nd pillar pension coverage - Encouragement and funds to support your learning needs - An extra vacation day on your birthday - Hybrid work options between the office in Vilnius and anywhere you desire - Workations, health challenges & other types of quality time - A team which values high standards in client care, product quality and each other
