Warehouse Administrator

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure shipment preparation meets customer requirements, including physical arrangement and lead time. - Communicate customer and special requirements to warehouse teams for execution. - Support and coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. - Liaise with Customer Service to obtain shipment instructions and invoicing cut-off times. - Act as a key user of SAP (LUXASIA) for shipment, order processing, returns, and fulfillment activities. - Ensure all store transactions are completed accurately and updated on time in inventory systems. - Record operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support performance monitoring. - Handle and distribute operational documents to relevant departments. - Comply with instructions from Warehouse Administration, Logistics Operations, and Management teams. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental standards. - Support audit activities and attend mandatory training programs as required.
