Managing Director - Switzerland

The Ledership role · Promote cross-border business and sharing of knowledge across markets · Responsible for P/L, finance, budget, forecast, reporting, legal, support · Provide individual attention to consultants and apply needed development · Join Group Management with MD’s from 10 other countries in Birn+Partners · Deploy Birn+Partners strategy in local market · Plan and execute daily management, monthly meetings, oversee reporting and KPI’s, office meetings, budget and business plans · Recruiting, training, onboarding, 1:1 of team members The Consultant role As part of our team, you’ll: Advise top executives and owner-led companies on leadership, strategy, and organizational development Lead executive search processes for key leadership positions Coach leaders through their first 100 days and support team and leadership development Contribute to and promote our Board Services Build and nurture client relationships while developing your own portfolio Collaboration with colleagues across Europe on cross-border assignments You’ll be supported by a strong in-house team in research, marketing, business development, and assessment — giving you the freedom to focus on what you do best: creating value for leaders and organizations. What You Bring We imagine you have: 10 years of experience in Executive Search Living in Switzerland and having a profound professional network Leadership skills and business development experience A strong network at C-level or experience from leadership roles in the private sector Proven commercial drive and a genuine interest in business and people Excellent advisory and relationship-building skills Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex challenges Fluency in German and English (French) Above all, we’re looking for a superb personality — someone who combines professionalism with empathy, business acumen with curiosity, and ambition with a team mindset.
