NetSuite Business Analyst

As a NetSuite Business Analyst, you will play a key role in Forterro's Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Finance Transformation Programme. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Revenue Operations, Professional Services, Sales Operations and IT to improve and standardise business processes, support platform consolidation initiatives following acquisitions, and help deliver scalable enterprise solutions based on NetSuite ERP and ZoneBilling. You will analyse business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into effective system solutions. Working alongside technical teams and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the optimisation of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes while supporting the successful adoption of standardised finance and back-office capabilities across Forterro's growing portfolio of software businesses.
