Program Director - National Service

WIL is seeking a Program Director for national service to direct a program that places members in schools and communities to deliver education, workforce, and community services. About the Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) The Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) is an applied workforce research initiative. WIL builds methodology-transparent workforce intelligence, including labor demand signals, occupational and credential pathways, and training-to-employment outcome measures, and works with education, employer, research, and community partners to turn that evidence into grant and sponsored-project collaborations. What you'll do - Direct program design for member recruitment, training, placement, and supervision - Develop service-site partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and public agencies - Build member development and pathways from service to employment - Oversee member eligibility, timekeeping, compliance, and grant reporting - Define performance measures and evaluation plans - Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered.
