We're always open to meet new talent! About Oyster Heaven Oyster Heaven restores marine ecosystems by reintroducing oyster reefs on a large scale. Our patented Mother Reef makes ecological restoration affordable, effective, and globally scalable. We collaborate with scientists, local fishing communities, and companies in construction and food production to restore biodiversity and clean our seas. Our focus is not just on oysters themselves, but on what they enable: cleaner water, thriving marine life and stronger, more resilient coastlines. We operate at the intersection of ecology and economy. Every reef is designed to deliver real benefits - ecological, financial, and social with predictable, measurable outcomes you can count on. We build systems that begin with our support but can continue to grow independently. No matching vacancy?
