Deployment Strategist

ABOUT THE ROLE Own enterprise software deployments for a financial technology platform serving large mortgage servicing organizations. You will work across customer operations, product, and engineering to turn complex workflows into effective implementations and measurable outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead deployments from understanding customer operations through platform configuration, adoption, and results measurement. - Visit customer sites to observe workflows, analyze data, and solve operational challenges, with domestic travel of about 10%. - Work with product and engineering to translate legacy processes into scalable software solutions. - Make sound decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete information. - Build playbooks, tools, and processes to make future deployments more efficient and scalable. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Three to eight years of professional experience, including at least three years in the United States. - Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a high-growth startup, with relevant work in core business functions. - A record of stable tenure, with more than one year in prior roles. - Experience creating playbooks, tools, or processes from the ground up. - Strong working knowledge of AI tools and coding agents, plus familiarity with SQL, Python, and data warehousing. - Strong analytical skills, a high degree of ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments. - Undergraduate degree from a strong, well-regarded institution. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary is $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California, or New York City, with three to four days per week in the office.
