About the team: The Realty Field Execution team leads the delivery of store projects, remodels, expansions, and relocations by collaborating with operations, construction, and facilities partners. They manage vendor relationships, coordinate timelines, and oversee material and fixture installations to ensure efficient, on-schedule project completion. Focused on clear communication and stakeholder collaboration, the team drives project success while minimizing operational impact. Their expertise supports continuous improvement and alignment with business goals, ensuring high-quality execution and a positive customer experience across all realty initiatives. What you'll do: - Oversee multiple realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and budget. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage schedules, procurement, and installation of materials. - Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, addressing obstacles and adjusting timelines as needed. - Direct associates and contractors on project processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review designs, resolve construction issues, and align project plans with corporate strategies. - Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and drive accountability for achieving results. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
