Automation Training Manager – Oil & Gas

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an Automation Training Manager based at our Triadelphia, WV automation facility. This position will lead the development, coordination, and delivery of technical training programs for Automation Technicians and Field Operations personnel across the company. This is a hands-on technical training role focused on developing training materials, managing our learning platform, coordinating field training, and verifying employee competency. The ideal candidate combines strong industrial automation knowledge with experience training technicians, developing technical procedures, and building effective learning programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Automation, this position will play a critical role in improving employee readiness, technical consistency, and operational performance. This role will be based in our Triadelphia, WV Automation Shop location.
