Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Connecticut Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year About the Opportunity This role is for a Connecticut-licensed LCSW who will work with adults through virtual appointments. Clients may come in with concerns related to mood, trauma, grief, relationships, work pressure, or other issues that are affecting how they are managing day to day. You’ll provide therapy, stay aware of the social and personal factors surrounding each case, and make sure important concerns are addressed in a timely and professional way. What You’ll Be Doing - Hold individual therapy sessions through secure video - Learn about each client’s current situation and what may be contributing to their concerns - Provide psychotherapy within your clinical social work scope - Keep case notes clear, accurate, and current - Identify practical or social issues that may be affecting the client’s mental health - Work with other professionals when more than one service is involved - Take appropriate action when safety concerns are identified - Help clients access outside resources when appropriate - Maintain confidentiality and follow Connecticut LCSW requirements Requirements - Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program - Active LCSW license in Connecticut - Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting - Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills - Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms Benefits - 2 weeks PTO - Health Insurance - 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Looking for your next remote clinical role?
