Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) - Enterprise AI

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive user journeys, simplify complex enterprise workflows, and inform product decisions through thoughtful design exploration and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. We're looking for someone who combines strong UX thinking, attention to visual detail, hands-on experience with scalable design systems, and a practical approach to using AI tools throughout the design process. 🎯 Required for this role - Experience designing complex digital products, particularly enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms. - A strong understanding of user needs, behaviors, pain points, and UX principles. - The ability to turn complex user and business requirements into clear, effective, and easy-to-use solutions. - Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, complex workflows, and reusable interaction patterns. - Advanced Figma proficiency, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, and Design Tokens. - Experience working with and evolving scalable design systems, ensuring consistency between design and implementation. - Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, or similar tools for research, ideation, exploration, and rapid prototyping. - Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. - 🇬🇧 Strong English communication skills (C1 preferred, B2 minimum), with the ability to confidently lead discussions, conduct discovery sessions, present design decisions, and collaborate directly with English-speaking clients and stakeholders. - A sharp eye for detail, with a focus on usability, accessibility, consistency, and designing for scale. - A portfolio featuring case studies that demonstrate your design process, problem-solving skills, and shipped products. 🚀 Your responsibilities - Design and improve experiences across complex enterprise web applications, from early concepts through final UI. - Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that support user and business goals. - Simplify complex workflows and translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences. - Build, maintain, and evolve reusable components, design tokens, and patterns within Figma. - Partner closely with product and engineering teams to define requirements, understand technical constraints, and ensure smooth design-to-development handoff. - Use research, customer feedback, and data to guide design decisions and improve product experiences. - Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across product experiences and design deliverables. - Present design concepts, explain your rationale, and incorporate stakeholder feedback. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, explore alternative solutions, create prototypes, and validate design ideas. ⭐ Nice to have - Experience designing AI-powered features or conversational interfaces. - Familiarity with Tokens Studio, Storybook, or design-token-to-code workflows. - Understanding of frontend technologies and component-based UI architectures. - Experience with enterprise infrastructure, developer tools, or technical platforms.
