This role requires a dedicated professional who is committed to improving patients' quality of life through personalized physical therapy services. Position Responsibilities: - Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and function. - Creating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. - Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care. Requirements - Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California. - Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card. - Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification. - Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.
