Regional Account Manager

Company & Role Overview Kanguro Insurance is modernizing personal lines coverage through proprietary embedded tech, frictionless software integrations, and a mobile-first experience built with empathy for our customers. Based out of our Bogotá hub, you will nurture and scale established enterprise accounts across the U.S. In this high-impact position, you will drive adoption across renters and pet insurance portfolios—building relationships with engaged agents, brokers, and property management teams. ➔ Account Execution: Execute retention and expansion roadmaps targeting national multifamily property groups and key channels. ➔ Proactive Engagement: Conduct routine check-ins with active agents and brokers to drive platform loyalty and policy output. ➔ Frontline Enablement: Run virtual train-the-trainer sessions for B2B2C partnership teams to accelerate insurance coverage conversion. ➔ Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Bogotá engineers and product specialists to swiftly resolve integration friction. ➔ Enterprise Support Standard: Pair rapid technical troubleshooting with high-touch relationship management to build brand advocates. Requirements - Professional Experience 4–7+ years in quota-carrying account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships within B2B, B2B2C, SaaS, PropTech, or Insurtech. - Bilingual Fluency 100% fluent (English & Spanish, C1/C2). Daily video presentations and strategic negotiations with U.S. executive leadership. - Insurance Experience Prior pet or renters insurance industry experience is preferred or extensive experience in client onboarding, training, and support. - Tech Stack Proficiency Fluent with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), BI dashboards (Metabase/Tableau), Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace. - Location & Model Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid structure combining hub collaboration and remote work with high-speed home connectivity). - Schedule Alignment Dedicated coverage during standard U.S. commercial hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT, Central Time, Monday–Friday). - Education Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or - equivalent practical experience Benefits Why Join Kanguro Insurance? - Empathetic Innovation & Real Impact - At Kanguro, we pair cutting-edge automation with a deeply human, empathetic touch.
