Position Details - Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Location: Topeka, KS - Schedule: 2 days per week, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Compensation: $450–$550 per day, guaranteed - Employment type: W-2 - Paid time off: Accrued PTO - Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance options for eligible employees - Malpractice: Coverage provided What You’ll Do - Conduct one-time evaluations for Veterans to support their disability claims - See just 1–5 Veterans per day in a low-stress setting - Review records and complete assessments electronically on a secure platform - Receive full technology, training, and clinical support What You Won’t Do - No ongoing treatment or procedures - No prescribing, billing, or disability rating calculations - No scheduling.
