Business Development Representative

We're hiring a Business Development Representative to follow up with high-intent inbound leads generated from paid advertising. These leads have actively expressed interest in aesthetic treatments and elective procedures, including Botox, fillers, and cosmetic treatments. The core responsibility of this role is to call leads immediately upon form submission, qualify interest, and set consultations. This is a high-volume calling role requiring confidence, speed, and strong communication skills. Key responsibilities Call inbound leads immediately after form submission Handle 70+ outbound calls per day Qualify leads and assess treatment interest Answer basic questions about aesthetic treatments and procedures Book consultations or move leads to the appropriate next step Manage and update lead statuses accurately within the CRM Follow scripts, workflows, and automation while keeping a natural conversation style Maintain clean notes and proper pipeline hygiene Required qualifications Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level) Clear, easily understood spoken English on the phone Experience with aesthetics or cosmetic treatments, including familiarity with Botox, fillers, or elective procedures Prior sales and/or cold calling experience Comfortable in a high-volume, performance-driven environment Strong understanding of CRM management, including lead statuses and follow-up tracking Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to work independently in a remote environment Technical and work setup Reliable high-speed internet connection Professional microphone and headset with clear audio Quiet, distraction-free work environment Bonus qualifications Prior experience handling inbound leads from paid advertising Background in medical aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, or elective procedure sales Compensation Base monthly salary: $500 – $1,000 USD, depending on experience and performance Commission paid per consultation booked, from $5 to $50 depending on the treatment of interest Commission is performance-based and uncapped Consistent inbound lead flow provided Apply on our site: Originally posted on Himalayas
