You'll lead and support our Complex Care Bookings team, ensuring efficient shift fulfilment, excellent client service and strong team performance. What you'll be responsible for: · Leading, motivating and supporting the bookings team. · Overseeing daily bookings and ensuring high shift fill rates. · Managing urgent bookings, escalations and operational challenges. · Building strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. · Monitoring team performance and driving operational improvements. · Ensuring booking accuracy and compliance standards are maintained.
