About the Role Playson is a leading online gaming supplier with worldwide recognition, founded in 2012. We offer complete gaming solutions based on the latest technologies and detailed market analysis for leading iGaming operators. We're looking for a Content Manager to join our Game Tribe and help transform how we create, implement and manage content across our portfolio of slot games. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong content management skills with technical knowledge, a passion for AI and a drive to improve existing processes through automation. You'll take ownership of game-related content throughout the development lifecycle, from creating game rules and documentation to implementing content directly into game clients, managing localisation and ensuring accuracy across multiple markets. Beyond traditional content management, you'll play a key role in introducing AI-powered solutions, developing automation tools and improving technical workflows to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency and streamline content delivery. Working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Game Designers and other cross-functional teams, you'll identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, solve technical challenges independently and contribute to the continuous improvement of our content management processes. We're looking for someone who is technically curious, proactive and comfortable experimenting with new technologies. Someone who doesn't just follow existing processes but actively looks for smarter ways to get things done. Key Responsibilities - AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive content management tasks, developing and implementing AI-powered tools, scripts and workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability. - Technical Content Implementation: Take ownership of implementing game rules, texts and UI content directly into game clients, working with structured file formats such as JSON and XML and resolving straightforward technical challenges independently. - AI-Assisted Development: Leverage AI technologies and coding assistants to develop scripts, generate and improve code, build practical solutions and optimise existing content workflows. - Code Quality & Validation: Review, test and validate AI-generated code and technical solutions, ensuring they are reliable, maintainable and aligned with established development standards. - Game Content Creation: Create accurate and engaging English content for game rules, paytables, previews, feature descriptions and UI elements, translating complex game mechanics into clear explanations. - Localisation Management: Coordinate multilingual content and translations through localisation platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with technical and market requirements. - Workflow Optimisation & Quality Assurance: Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and introduce automated solutions to reduce manual effort, minimise errors and improve content validation. - Game Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain game documentation, support game and feature naming, and ensure content meets relevant regulatory and market requirements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Mathematicians and Designers to ensure content is accurately created, implemented, tested and delivered throughout the game development lifecycle. - Continuous Improvement & Ownership: Proactively explore emerging technologies, take ownership of content-related activities and drive technical improvements that enhance team productivity and reduce unnecessary developer dependency. Requirements - Experience in content management, technical content implementation, workflow automation or a related role, ideally within iGaming, gaming or a software-driven environment. - Good understanding of JavaScript, with the ability to read, understand and modify code, evaluate AI-generated solutions and implement straightforward technical changes independently. - Practical experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or AI coding assistants, to generate code, solve technical challenges and improve existing workflows. - Hands-on experience developing scripts, automation tools or technical solutions that streamline processes, reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. - Confidence working with JSON, XML, HTML. - Understanding of basic programming concepts, code quality and development conventions, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recognise when developer support is required. - Familiarity with code editors or development environments such as VSCode, WebStorm or Cursor, and a willingness to learn new technical tools. - Excellent written English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to create clear, accurate and engaging game-related content. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and the ability to independently manage technical challenges, multiple priorities and project deadlines. - Proactive, curious and innovative mindset, with strong ownership, effective cross-functional communication and a genuine interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement. Nice to Have - Experience developing AI applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar model APIs. - Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript, including the ability to read, understand and modify existing code to support content implementation, automation and workflow improvements. - Understanding of the game development lifecycle, particularly within iGaming or online slot games. - Experience working with multilingual content and localisation pipelines.
