Sales Development Representative (SDR)

NeoWork is seeking a Spanish-speaking SDR to support a Latin American sales team through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and pipeline generation. This is a remote, individual contributor engagement. The contractor will work independently against defined prospecting targets and report on pipeline activity. Responsibilities - Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to qualified leads across multiple Latin American markets - Follow up on trade show and event-sourced leads in a timely, consistent manner - Qualify leads and document findings accurately in the designated CRM - Support the sales team in building and maintaining a healthy pipeline - Communicate with prospects in Spanish, with English used as required by the territory or account Requirements - Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken - Professional English proficiency is preferred - Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation - Experience following up on trade show or event-sourced leads - Demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting a regional sales team - Experience working with a CRM platform such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Reliable remote working setup with a stable internet connection Benefits - We offer health insurance for contractors - Holiday Extra Pay - The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs. - This is a 100% home-based position - We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being. - In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided. - There is an annual review and appraisal process in place. - There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
