Come & join us on the road to success. #LI-Hybrid Job Description We are seeking an experienced Driving Performance Project Engineer to join our team to lead the Air Drag service of commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with project management skills. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination - Manage Air Drag projects, including timelines, task coordination, and resource planning - Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards - Customer communications and commercial tasks related Air Drag activities Technical Development - Air Drag test coordination and supervision - Data analysis and reporting - Definition of countermeasures for results optimization Client Interaction & Innovation - Present testing results and technical findings to clients - Propose technical improvements and defend engineering solutions - Contribute to R&D projects to develop new services and capabilities - Drive continuous improvement and innovation in internal processes Qualifications Required Experience & Skills - Project management experience in automotive engineering projects - Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities - Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills - Customer-focused approach with ability to work autonomously - Flexibility to travel internationally as required - Valid B driving license (additional licenses are a plus) Education - Master's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, Automotive, or related field) Languages - English: Fluent (mandatory) - Spanish: Valuable - Additional languages (German, French, Italian, etc.) are highly appreciated What We Value - Ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments - Goal-oriented mindset with strong results delivery - Passion for innovation and emerging automotive technologies Here's your roadmap: • 1st: Submit your application and complete our screening questions. • 2nd: Quick chat with HR. • 3rd: Interview with the hiring team and complete English and attitudinal assessments. • 4th: Receive your offer and begin your onboarding journey.
