Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a small product engineering team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in manufacturing. You will develop and operate AI agents that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and ship production AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows. - Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js. - Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms. - Support GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, ideally at startups, with at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features. - Hands-on experience building or integrating AI systems, including operating LLM agents in production. - Experience with agent orchestration, evaluation, and reliability, using a framework such as LangGraph, Mastra, or an agents SDK. - Proficiency in TypeScript and React, with experience using Next.js. - Product-minded, curious about emerging AI tools, and comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage environments. - Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as ERPs is valuable. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Equity is offered. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
