Role description Your Mission Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Why you'll love working here Our Process We’re looking for a Junior Brand Marketing Specialist with creative flair, an eye for design and the organisational skills to bring ideas to life. You will help Arethia and its three sub-brands communicate clearly and consistently, turning ideas into visual concepts and materials for customer communications, events and everyday use. Based in Reinbek, you will join a small international Marketing team with colleagues in Switzerland, Germany and Indonesia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of defined tasks and recurring projects, combining hands-on creative work with the coordination needed to deliver them. Working closely with Sales, People & Culture, local teams and external suppliers, you will see projects through from first idea to finished material. This role suits you if you enjoy creating as much as organising. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will deepen your experience in marketing for global business customers and take on more complex projects as you grow.
