ABOUT THE ROLE Join an applied AI team building systems that bring intelligence into business workflows. You will help develop agent-based tools and new ways for people and AI systems to work together, taking on ambiguous challenges from early exploration through production. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and ship full-stack products and AI agents that automate complex, end-to-end workflows. - Identify opportunities to improve how teams work, then design and implement the systems and interfaces to address them. - Work directly with internal teams and clients to understand workflows, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions. - Take ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and ongoing performance. - Study the data and domain context to improve agent behavior, system design, and product decisions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Five to fifteen years of experience building products from zero to one as a full-stack engineer. - Strong expertise in at least one full-stack language, with experience in TypeScript, Python, or comparable technologies. - Hands-on experience building AI agents and working with agent SDKs and LLM tools beyond basic chatbot applications. - Experience at a venture-backed startup, including as a founder, founding engineer, or software engineer with substantial project ownership. - A product-minded approach, strong systems thinking, and the ability to work autonomously through ambiguous problems. - Comfort working directly with users and internal teams to understand needs and shape solutions. - Interest in applying AI to business workflows, including accounting and financial operations. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary range: $150,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in New York, New York, United States.
