If you enjoy simplifying complex technology and working with modern AI-powered authoring tools, this could be the perfect opportunity. Key Requirements 6+ years of technical writing experience in a regulated industry. Strong experience with Oxygen XML (essential). Knowledge of structured authoring, CCMS platforms, and content management. Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Nice to Have Experience in medical devices, healthcare software, biotech, or pharmaceuticals. Knowledge of Docs-as-Code, Git, Markdown, APIs, Cloud Services, and AI/ML.
