Middle Project Manager

In connection with the expansion of our activities and the team, we are looking for a Project Manager to join us and be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of the dedicated team and keeping the high quality of the provided services. Requirements - 3+ years of Project Management experience in software development projects - Proven experience managing ERP or CRM implementation projects - Experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations - Strong analytical mindset with experience working with project KPIs, delivery metrics, reporting, and project analytics - Practical experience using project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar) - Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies) - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment - Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills - Experience working with European and/or U.S. customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English - High level of ownership, responsibility, flexibility, and self-motivation Would Be a Plus - Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 products - PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar Project Management certifications - Experience working in software consulting or outsourcing companies - Experience with resource planning and project financial management Responsibilities - Manage and take full ownership of software implementation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle - Ensure successful project delivery within the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations - Build trusted relationships with customers and maintain effective communication throughout the project - Shape and manage customer expectations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution across Business Analysis, Development, QA, Architecture, and Support teams - Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation actions and involving cross-functional experts when required - Track project performance using project KPIs, delivery metrics, reporting, and analytics - Facilitate project planning activities, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Steering Committees, and customer meetings - Manage project documentation, reporting, forecasts, and delivery plans - Support project estimation, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities for new opportunities - Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery practices - Provide leadership, motivation, and support to project team members What we offer Growth & development - Clear career progression with transparent growth opportunities - Exposure to working with international clients and teams - Access to professional training and seminars - Internal training sessions and knowledge sharing from our experts - Corporate English courses Team & culture - Work with a team of professionals in a supportive and friendly environment - Transparent and timely feedback to help you grow - A collaborative and fun atmosphere where we value humor alongside hard work Compensation & benefits - Competitive salary aligned with market rates and your performance - Annual salary reviews based on performance - Flexible working hours (choose your start time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM) - No bureaucracy, with clear processes and workflows - Work-life balance - Health insurance - 20 paid vacation days per year - 10 paid sick leaves per year Відгукнутись на вакансію
