Ready to lead a team that turns every partner interaction into measurable customer value?
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Partner Success Specialists, helping Estate Agency partners get more value from Rightmove products and services through targeted, insight-led conversations.
You will coach and inspire the team to drive product adoption, strengthen account health, and reduce churn risk. Working closely with Account Managers, you will create the focus, capability and operating rhythm needed to deliver meaningful partner outcomes at scale.
This is a high-energy leadership role with a strong emphasis on consultative conversations, measurable impact, consistent execution and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and Inspire: Lead, coach and empower a team of Partner Success Specialists to deliver high-quality partner conversations and measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
- Coach Consultative Excellence: Build the team’s confidence in purposeful questioning, needs discovery, objection handling and adapting conversations to each partner’s priorities.
- Drive Partner Value: Ensure the team translates performance data into practical recommendations that improve product use, partner ROI and long-term value.
- Increase Product Adoption: Create clear plans to increase sustained engagement with tools such as RM Plus, Opportunity Manager and Online Agent Valuation, with agreed actions and follow-through.
- Strengthen Account Health and Retention: Use account insight to identify churn risk, prioritise targeted interventions and improve retention through meaningful partner outcomes.
- Partner with Account Managers: Build a strong operating partnership between Partner Success Specialists and Account Managers, creating customer value while enabling Account Managers to focus on commercial growth conversations.
- Lead Targeted Campaigns: Spot opportunities for focused customer campaigns, translate priorities into simple team plans and maintain pace without losing sight of quality or partner need.
- Use Data to Lead: Track product adoption, account health, customer actions, value realisation and the impact of interventions, turning insight into clear coaching and operational action.
- Deliver Performance: Set clear weekly KPIs and standards, balancing activity with quality, measurable customer outcomes, retention and commercial contribution.
- Create a High-Performance Culture: Celebrate success, address performance gaps promptly and build an environment of accountability, curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Maintain Strong Operational Discipline: Ensure CRM records are accurate and timely, progress is visible and commitments to partners and colleagues are followed through.
- Collaborate and Improve: Work with fellow leaders and cross-functional teams to share insight, improve processes, test new approaches and strengthen the overall partner experience.
- Recruit and Develop Talent: Attract, onboard and develop high-quality people, creating clear plans that accelerate confidence, capability and performance.
- Own Escalations: Take ownership of partner escalations when needed, resolving issues effectively and using them as coaching opportunities for the team.
Who you are
- Proven People Leadership: You have successfully led and developed a high-performing customer, account management or sales team.
- Coaching Expertise: You can observe performance, diagnose the real development need and adapt your coaching style to build confidence, skill and accountability.
- Customer Value Mindset: You are curious about partner businesses and focused on creating meaningful outcomes rather than activity for activity’s sake.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand how product adoption, partner value, account health, retention and growth connect.
- Data Confidence: You can interpret performance information, spot patterns and translate insight into practical priorities for individuals and the team.
- Operational Focus: You are comfortable leading a high-volume team across multiple priorities and campaigns, creating structure and maintaining momentum.
- Clear and Inspiring Communication: You can simplify priorities, explain what great looks like and bring people with you through change.
- Resilience and Adaptability: You remain calm under pressure, respond positively to change and help others stay solutions-focused when conversations are tough.
- Collaborative Leadership: You build trusted relationships with Account Managers, Area Directors and wider stakeholders and understand that strong customer outcomes come from working together.
- High Standards and Growth Mindset: You welcome feedback, follow through on commitments and are always looking for ways to improve yourself, the team and the partner experience.
