Head of Billing

Our portfolio spans across the Family Safety & Digital Safety niches. We’re looking for a Head of Billing to lead our centralized Billing function and drive payment performance across our products. As our Head of Billing, you’ll bring together payments know-how, a strong business sense, and the ability to lead across teams. You’ll set the direction for Billing company-wide, improve how our payment stack performs and what it costs us to process transactions, and design an operating model that scales. You’re a great fit if you have: - 3+ years of experience in Payments/Billing roles, with proven experience leading a team or function - Strong understanding of subscription-based business models, ideally within B2C digital products - Hands-on experience with payment processing, merchant accounts, payment gateways, acquiring banks, and payment orchestration platforms - Deep knowledge of card payment flows, transaction routing, recurring billing, authorization optimization, and payment recovery - Data driven and have analytical mindset - Proven experience managing PSP relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and evaluating payment partners - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a high level of ownership and accountability - Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency What you’ll do: - Strategic vision for the Billing function across all products - Shape and drive a Billing strategy across all our products, aimed at growing revenue, making payments more efficient, and improving margins - Take ownership of our web subscription billing setup and keep making it better, from payment orchestration and transaction routing to recurring charges and retry logic - Run our relationships and integrations with PSPs, payment gateways, and acquiring banks: find new partners and coordinate the technical rollout with the teams involved - Grow and lead the Billing team, putting in place processes that scale, clear ownership, and a culture where people take initiative and deliver results We offer: - Remote-First culture: We provide a flexible working schedule and you can work anywhere in the world. - Health taking care program: We provide Health insurance, mental health support (psychologist compensation), sport compensation, and 20 paid sick days. - Personal Equipment Policy: We provide all necessary equipment for your work.
