Senior Product Manager, Hardware

Remote, Poland (Warsaw or Kraków preferred) · Full-time contract · Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Poland time (required) Rx360 is building a wearable and AI companion that helps seniors live independently and stay connected to the people who care about them. We move quickly, care deeply about the people we build for, and hold a high bar for quality and trust. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for the Rx360 wearable. You'll shape what our device does, how it feels on the wrist, and how it comes to life, from early concept through manufacturing and launch. What You Will Do - Own the Rx360 wearable end to end, including the vision, strategy and roadmap for current and next-generation devices, solving real customer and business problems - Shape a distinctive product story grounded in deep customer insight - Lead market research, competitive analysis, and qualitative and quantitative user studies, including user testing and pilots - Write and maintain product requirements, track progress, and drive timely decisions - Design for older adults, from comfort and readability on the wrist to accessories, packaging and the out-of-box experience - Prioritize features and improvements, balancing cost, timeline, battery life, size, durability and experience - Guide the product from concept to end of life, spotting and resolving issues early so engineering and design deliver on time and to a high standard - Partner with design, hardware, firmware, software, clinical team, and AI teams working hand in hand with our software product managers - Partner with Manufacturing to turn requirements into build plans and quality gates. - Collaborate with manufacturing partners to transform specs into production milestones and quality standards. - Communicate priorities, plans, progress and risks clearly across the company - Prepare for launch, including positioning, pricing and product readiness, and use what we learn to shape what comes next What You'll Bring - 5+ years of product management experience, including at least one hardware product taken to market - Required: availability to work 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Poland time (CET/CEST) to ensure overlap with our U.S. team - Hands-on knowledge of the hardware development cycle: prototypes, engineering builds, validation and mass production - Experience with connected electronics and how hardware, firmware and apps work together - Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers - Sound judgment on trade-offs between cost, schedule, quality and user experience - A track record of leading cross-functional teams from idea to launch - Excellent written and spoken English - Comfort working remotely and asynchronously across time zones - Curiosity, persistence and a bias for action - Empathy for older adults and the people who care for them Nice to Have - Experience with wearables - Background in consumer health or connected medical devices - Startup experience through early launches How to Apply Send your CV, a short note about a hardware product you helped bring to market and what you learned along the way, and a sample PRD (redacted if needed, or written for a product idea of your own).
