Sobre el empleo
Timescapes is a visual progress tracking solution for complex construction projects. Our mission is to simplify construction through shared visibility. Customers love Timescapes because it helps them stay on schedule, validate construction claims and communicate progress more effectively.
We’re a rapidly growing company, and are used by some of the largest construction firms across New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the United States.
The role
Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors price site cameras and timelapse into tenders long before a project is awarded. When we are in the estimate, we are specified and priced from day one. When we are not, we are chasing a budget that no longer exists after the award. You will build relationships with estimators and give them what they need to price us in with confidence: high-level scope, options and indicative pricing, fast and in a form they can drop straight into a tender.
You’re at ease talking to estimators, quantity surveyors and project teams, and you can turn a technical conversation into a clear next step.
You’ll work closely with our Account Executives (AEs), Strategic Account Managers, Solutions Consulting, the ANZ Sales Director and Marketing.
Key responsibilities
You own the early-stage relationship with estimators, from first contact to the point an AE takes over a live opportunity.
- Get to know the estimating teams at Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders and civil contractors, and build a trusted relationship with each estimator through calls, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face visits.
- Respond quickly to estimator requests with high-level scope, options and indicative pricing they can include in tender submissions.
- Track upcoming tenders and projects through tender portals, market intelligence and your contractor relationships, and reach the estimator before pricing is locked.
- Capture project details, tender close dates, expected award and programme, then create and qualify opportunities in HubSpot and hand them to the right AE with full context.
- Check in as tenders close and awards are made, and flag wins to the AE so the opportunity converts into a live project.
- Log every interaction, tender and quote in HubSpot so the team can see where we’re working with each contractor.
- Share what you hear from estimators, including questions, objections and market feedback, with Sales and Marketing.
- This description reflects the role at the time of writing. Duties, KPIs and targets may change as the business evolves, and you may be asked to take on other reasonable duties that fit your skills and experience.

Our Values
Customer value comes first
Our ability to succeed as a business is directly connected to the value we deliver to customers. To create value for them, we need to first understand them really well.
Act with intent
Great outcomes aren’t achieved by accident, but rather through thoughtful and deliberate action. We think critically, and everything that we do, we do for a reason.
1% better every day
While reliability is important, it can also make us complacent. Relentless and rapid improvement is essential if we want to earn the right to keep growing our business. What seems like a small improvement each day compounds over time.
Simple, but not easy
We always strive to achieve simplicity, whether in the solutions we create for customers, the processes we build, or our communications within the company. However, we don’t shy away from complexity, and we accept that achieving simplicity requires intense effort.
