Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Vermont Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year About the Role We are looking for an LICSW licensed in Vermont to provide virtual therapy to adults. You’ll work with clients who may be managing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, family concerns, or other situations that are affecting their personal lives. As a clinical social worker, you’ll also consider the broader circumstances surrounding each client and help determine when outside services, community resources, or another provider should be involved. Responsibilities - Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth - Learn about each client’s history, current circumstances, and available support system - Address mental health concerns within your LICSW scope of practice - Keep case notes and required records accurate and current - Identify social or practical concerns that may be affecting the client’s situation - Work with other professionals when additional services are involved - Help clients connect with appropriate resources when needed - Respond appropriately to urgent or safety-related concerns - Maintain confidentiality and follow Vermont LICSW professional standards Requirements - Active Vermont LICSW license - Master’s degree in Social Work - Previous clinical therapy experience - Comfort working independently in a remote role Benefits - 2 weeks PTO - Health insurance coverage - 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Apply today and tell us about your clinical experience.
