Client Service Specialist

Are you ready to hop on this exciting ride with us and help us achieve our mission? - Abide by the Management System and ISO/IEC 17025: - Handle daily order submissions; - Prepare, type and issue client document such as Report, Quotation, Test Sample Notification, Hold Memo, Invoice etc; - Report to client Service Manager for the submission due date; - Monitor and Maintain TAT and report to Lab Operations manager; - Handle all client communications through phone and email; - Handle subcontract activities; - Maintaining all Buyer communications and manuals; - Assist in collecting customer feedbacks; - Supporting in identifying risks on client service and take action to arrest the same; - Assist in investigation of complaints and nonconformities and propose corrective action plan and implement related errors; - Handle ad-hoc assignment as required. Minimum bachelor degree in science or any Discipline Bachelor degree in Science or Arts or commerce; Client Handling knowledge Basic knowledge of Laboratory testing - Good interpersonal and communication skills; - Good problem-solving skill. At least 3 year of working experience third party testing Good command of written and spoken English and Bengali. Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
