Sobre el empleo
Fancy getting paid to talk football and betting all day?
Bad Man Betting is the UK’s most fun betting brand. High-odds bets, content people actually want to see, and a community of over 1,500,000 followers who don’t let us get away with anything.
We’re after someone to join the team and help take the brand to the next level. We don’t hire often (the last time was June 2025), so this is a rare chance to get your foot in the door of one of the most engaged betting communities in the country.
Already in a job? Just starting out? Doesn’t matter. You’ll get real responsibility from day one, plenty of room to grow, and a genuine say in where the brand goes next.
⚠️ Applying? You’ll need a cover letter. Applications without one won’t be considered. Details at the bottom.
What you'll be doing:
Researching football fixtures to identify betting angles, trends and opportunities
Creating high-quality content across social, Telegram and the website, including short-form video
Taking ownership of social channels and driving their growth and performance
Analysing and reporting on content performance, using insights to shape strategy
Bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping test new formats and platforms
What we’re looking for:
A genuine passion for football and betting, with a strong understanding of the game
Interest or experience in social media content, particularly short-form video for Instagram, TikTok or similar platforms, or a strong willingness to learn
Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail
Proactive, taking the initiative to spot opportunities and act on them without waiting to be asked
High personal standards and a sense of accountability for the quality and results of your work
Curious, driven and full of ideas
A good sense of humour and a personality that fits a fun, fast-paced brand
What you’ll get:
£27,000–£33,000 salary, plus a monthly commission bonus worth up to 25% on top
Fully remote, full-time (UK-based applicants only)
MacBook Pro and a working-from-home budget
28 days’ holiday
Pension with a 3% employer contribution
Perkbox and private health insurance after probation
Working pattern:
Football doesn’t stop at five o’clock, so neither do we. Evenings and weekends are part of the job, but if you’re watching the games anyway, you might as well get paid for it.
A typical week is around 40 hours, with flexibility for up to 48 when the fixtures demand it.
How to apply:
Hit Apply and upload your CV and cover letter. No cover letter, no interview. In your cover letter, tell us:
A bit about yourself
A betting or football account you rate (not us) and what they do well
Your bet for this weekend, with your reasoning
Made content you’re proud of? Drop a link in. Have fun with it. We read every one, so show us some personality.
We’ll close the listing once we’ve found the right person, so don’t hang about.
