GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Own and scale the outbound email engine for a growing AI communications business. This role combines deliverability expertise, compelling copywriting, and data-driven experimentation to build a reliable source of qualified pipeline. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and operate high-volume sending infrastructure across multiple domains and mailboxes. - Manage email deliverability, including domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, bounce hygiene, and inbox placement. - Write and test personalized cold email copy that feels human and drives responses. - Build prospect lists and maintain data quality for outbound campaigns. - Run experiments on messaging, subject lines, send times, and targeting, then use results to improve conversion. - Manage and integrate outreach, marketing technology, and CRM tools such as Smartlead or Instantly. - Analyze campaign performance and share insights that support the sales pipeline. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of experience building and operating high-volume email outreach infrastructure, including campaigns at six- or seven-figure monthly sending volumes. - Hands-on experience managing many mailboxes and domains with platforms such as Smartlead, Instantly, or equivalent tools. - Expert knowledge of deliverability fundamentals, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup protocols, bounce management, and inbox placement. - Strong cold email copywriting, list-building, data quality, and segmentation skills. - Experience with modern MarTech and CRM platforms, B2B SaaS outbound, and sales development workflows. - A track record of running A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments. - Native-level German and fluent English. - Experience with AI voice agents or conversational AI is helpful. - Existing local work authorization is required. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: €80,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
