We’re expanding our Dallas team and looking for a Dispatcher to help coordinate service installations and provide top-tier support to customers and field teams. You'll serve as a key point of contact between our call center, customers, and technicians, while helping keep schedules tight, communication clear, and service seamless. 💼 What You’ll Do - Receive and dispatch service installation orders - Coordinate with field teams, technicians, and subcontractors - Resolve customer inquiries and escalated issues - Schedule and prioritize jobs based on urgency, skills, and location - Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications - Support smooth operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently Requirements ✅ What We’re Looking For - Availability to work weekends, the schedule will be Saturday-Wednesday 9am-6pm - Excellent communicator (oral and written) - Strong multitasking and time management skills - Calm under pressure with sound decision-making abilities - Proficient in basic computer use and data entry - High School diploma or equivalent - Flexibility to cover varying shift times is essential to meet operational needs. - Ability to work overtime as needed Benefits 🎁 Why Join Us? - Starting hourly pay $19.00 - Bi-weekly pay + overtime opportunities - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Benefits- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance - Advancement opportunities - Casual dress & comfortable office environment - Discretionary bonuses & incentives We’re a small, tight-knit company that believes in working hard and making it fun.
