WFM Team Lead (Davao / MOA Pasay) | Onsite

Location: Davao / MOA Pasay Work Setup: Onsite Shift Schedule: Night Shift Responsibilities: - Inspire and guide the Workforce Management Team to deliver exceptional scheduling, accurate forecasting, and maximize agent productivity. - Partner closely with operations and HR to anticipate staffing demands and effectively tackle workforce challenges. - Leverage workforce data analysis, produce insightful reports, and deploy innovative WFM tools to drive smart decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: - At least 12 months of experience in supervising a workforce management team in a BPO company, demonstrating expertise in leading teams with confidence and inspiring success. - Background in Business Management or Computer Science - Must be amenable to start ASAP - Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities - Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes - Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
