Requirements - Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction. - Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
