Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Kansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Position This remote role is for a Kansas-licensed clinical social worker who will provide therapy to clients dealing with mental health concerns as well as challenges in their personal, family, or social lives. You will work directly with clients, consider the broader circumstances affecting each case, and help connect people with additional support when needs extend beyond therapy. Responsibilities - Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth appointments - Review emotional, social, and environmental factors that may be affecting their well-being - Provide psychotherapy within your professional scope - Help clients work through concerns involving mental health, family circumstances, and everyday stressors - Identify outside resources or services that may be useful - Respond appropriately when safety concerns arise - Coordinate with other professionals when additional care is involved - Keep required case notes and records up to date - Follow Kansas clinical social work, confidentiality, and ethical requirements Requirements - Master’s degree in social work - Active Kansas LSCSW license in good standing - Previous experience providing behavioral health treatment - Knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning - Strong documentation and communication skills - Ability to manage a remote caseload independently Benefits - 2 weeks of paid time off - Health insurance - 401(k) plan with a 3% company match - Full-time remote schedule We’re currently accepting applications from qualified clinicians.
